Team Time!
Hour 1.
~Preamble Editing: Take a look at all of the different preambles by clicking here! Then, take out a sheet of paper and write down your favorite phrase among all of the different preambles that is not in your own. Explain why you like it!
~Class Declaration Project: As a class, we will write a Declaration of Class Norms. We will do this by thinking through things ourselves, and then in groups, and then finally as an entire team. We will pattern the writing after the United States Constitution, with a preamble, 1 Article and 10 Sections. This declaration will be signed by everyone in our classroom this Friday.
~Preamble Editing: As a group, combine the different preambles into one.
~Categorizing the graffiti wall... what different aspects do we need to hit in our constitution?
~10 Rules Editing: As a group, decide what the 10 different sections of the class constitution are.
~In 10 different groups, word the constitution with the best writing you've got.

Hour 2
~Class Flag Individual Brainstorming
~In small groups, discuss what elements you would want in your class flag and draw a sketch.
~As a classroom, combine the different flags into another sketch.
~Likes and Improvements on the two flags
