Playwriting Intersession
Each student will write an original one act play and submit their work to the statewide playwriting competition. We will also have live readings of the one-act plays by professional actors on the Thursday evening of intersession from 6-8pm open to the public and a drinks and snacks reception to celebrate the new works!
Students will read published one- act plays, as well as one-act plays written by students. Students will imagine, write, and revise a one-act play of their own. Throughout the week, we will also watch theatre and get feedback from and speak with theatre professionals.
