I'm trying to be a little more preemptive today. I learned a bit about snacking yesterday, and I learned a lot about what happens when food is put in front of me. It's interesting because this is the first time I've really been conscious about what I'm putting in my body. I usually do so many things and work so fast and work all day that I end up just eating what I can when I can.
Lesson from yesterday? I've got to PUT good food in front of me. I live with one roommate, Cece, and our two dogs, Pepper and Poe. We all eat at very strange hours because we all operate at strange hours. Sometimes, I'll get up at 2am with an idea for a school project for my students, and work for 2 hours...and get really hungry before being able to go to bed. I need to store good food in my house, instead of leftover pizza.
Breakfast:
-Breakfast bar
-Bottle of water
Lunch:
Pizza
Diet Coke
Dinner:
-Protein bar
-Small Salad
