Today, November 18th, I am deciding to be healthy. In class, we learned a little bit about nutrition. Since I am 25, this is what I'm allowed to consume every day:
Protein: 46 Grams
Calcium: 1000 mg
Carbohydrates: 45% of calories
Fat: 20$-35% of calories, less than 80g
Fiber 25g
I'm not off to the best start... this is what I have eaten today:
Breakfast:
Bottle of water
Lunch:
Bottle of water
1 serving of alfredo pasta
1 bowl of broccoli cheddar soup
1 French baguette
1 spinach artichoke quiche
5 pieces of Mexican candy
Dinner:
3 cups of green tea (Old Cal Coffee House/Love Boat Sushi)
3 pieces of thin crust all veggie pizza/light on cheese (Domino's)
1 roll of white tuna sushi (Love Boat Sushi)
So, in conclusion, I eat a lot! I've always been told I eat a lot for my size, but I have never really sat down and looked at all of it written down--definitely does not look like a healthy start. I think that I will
