Week of August 26th, 2019!
Happy Start of the 2019-2020 School Year Learners & Families!
We’re so excited to begin your high school adventure with you. First announcement is that we will be having a parent pot luck tomorrow in Carol and Schwartz’s classrooms 132 and 134 from 6-8pm! Students are welcome to come, but the content of the evening will be geared toward parents. Sign up to bring something here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e3QqGsVapH2yPEr2hpU0K2GiBvOde1MATx-juKIKsRg/edit?usp=sharing

We’re as excited to build relationships with families as we are to build relationships with our students! Let’s work together for an awesome 2019-2020 school year! We are so happy and excited about this great start to the new year!

CELEBRATIONS
Thanks to all parents/guardians and students who came to pick up their schedule! We really enjoyed meeting everyone and reading the writing that people left behind. We used parent advice to line Carol’s classroom door so that parent advice is what students see when they leave the classroom for the day. We enjoyed reading the student surveys and finding we as teachers had lots of very specific things in common with students and lots of new things to learn from them!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

PBL POT LUCK
